60ml Quarter Blanco Agave, 30ml Lime Juice, 15ml Agave Syrup, Tumbler and shaker at the ready.
Shake it like you just don't care, strain into a tumbler and garnish with lime. Perfection.
50ml Quarter London Dry, 150ml Light Tonic, Grapefruit Garnish
Pour gin into a highball over ice, mix in the tonic, garnish with Grapefruit and enjoy!
Tall glass for this refresher, dip rim of glass in salt.
50ml Quarter Blanco Agave, 10ml Lime Juice, 10ml Agave Syrup, 75ml Three Cents Grapefruit Soda This cocktail is salty yet delicious.
Shake all ingredients together, strain into glass full of ice and enjoy!
50ml Quarter London Dry, 100ml Grapefruit Juice, Prosecco, Grapefruit & Mint Garnish
Squeeze fresh grapefruit juice then pour into a large wine glass with ice. Add Quarter London Dry and then top with Prosecco. Stir and then garnish with mint and a slice of grapefruit.
